Bread a Manger was started to bring the flavour of a traditional bakery to your home. They aim to create new recipes using quality British produce. Bread a Mange is the combination of two companies, the first Dynamic Baking Classes (created in 2019 by Bertrand Kerleo), the second Manger Moi (created in 2017 by Fred Saber). Fred Saber has over 20 years of experience as a food Business Manager in restaurants, retail and customer service while Bertrand Kerleo has over 25 years of experience as head baker at a Michelin star restaurant, hotels and baking industries. He has worked with many renowned chefs such as Tom Atkins and Eric Chavot.
