Brookes Butchers

Brookes Butchers located in Loughborough town centre is owned by Chris Widman who has been a butcher for over 14 years. It wasn’t until 2017 however that Chris opened his own shop. He works with a team of one other skilled butcher and two trainees. All cooked meats and pies are made on-site and they make all their own sausages and burgers. They have their own bacon slicer so all bacon is also made on-site.

They source their pork, lamb and beef from a farm in South Yorkshire whilst the chickens come from a local farm just outside Derby.
