Brown & Forrest is a small family-run smokery based in Somerset overlooking the Somerset levels. They have been creating smoked foods since 1981 after learning the process in Germany.

They produce quality hot and cold smoked foods including salmon, trout, duck, lamb and cheese. To buy their products you can buy online via their website or visit their Hambridge shop.
