Companio Bakery now owned by Neil Large, Phil Pryor and Baneta Yelda was started in 2015 by Russell Goodwin. It is a neighbourhood sourdough bakery where you can buy bread, viennoiserie and savouries. Their bread is real bread which means it has no processing aids or artificial additives, the only ingredients are flour, water, yeast and salt.
