Famous Hedgehog Bakery

The Famous Hedgehog Bakery was started by couple Jamie and Rose Campbell when found they couldn’t buy proper local bread in their village. They are passionate about delicious food and where it comes from!

They converted an old unused stable block into their bakery and lived in France for 5 years to learn more about the bread-making process.

They have been going for almost 20 years and are still a family run business that takes pride in the fact their bread is organic, handmade and baked in a wood-fired oven.
