Fortitude Bakehouse is an independent bakery in Bloomsbury in the heart of London selling cakes, bakes, and buns as well as single-farm coffee and Stonerolled tea to take away. Their cakes are really unique as they are made from sourdough!! On top of the bakery, they also do catering and wholesale.
