The Prior’s Flour @ Fosters Mill produces a large range of flours, both bread and non-bread, and also sells muesli products and oats. They source their local, organically grown grains from farmers who care about the environment and who share their passion for high quality organic grains. They are proud to promote the farmers they work with so you can see where the grains come from and learn about how it is grown, showing the whole process from farm gate to kitchen table.
You can buy their products from the mill shop and the mill itself is also open on the second Sunday of each month (wind permitting), but do check. Some local stockists stock The Prior’s Flour and their products are also available to order via their website.
