Gwyn’s Bakery, based in Horsham, specialises in sourdough bread. Their range includes Country Sourdough, Linseed Country Sourdough and Baguettes as well as a variety of danishes, pastries and buns.
They strive to offer high-quality bread and baked goods that use British ingredients where possible, their wheat for example is 100% British-grown. Everything is freshly baked on the day. As well as their bread and pastries they also offer coffee sourced from Horsham Coffee Roasters, tea from Rare Tea Co and hot chocolate made from Pump Street Chocolate.
Minimising food waste is really important to them. They do this by donating any excess stock to food banks, using fruit trimmings for glazes, bread for breadcrumbs (featured in sausage rolls) and candy any leftover citrus peel for their hot-cross buns and mince pies.
