Hart’s is an artisan bakery set within a large Victorian railway arch at Temple Meads Station in Bristol.

Specialities are sourdough, handmade pastries, seasonal cakes and savouries. Everything is prepared, baked and sold on-site.

Added attraction is a seating area for customers to watch the bakers at work over coffee or lunch.
