Hay Charcuterie was set up by chef Rod Lewis and his wife Rachael. They are proud to support the Slow Food movement because they believe that the best food comes from animals and land that is respected. Their products are handcrafted and they ensure the high-quality meat they use is local and rare breeds of pork.
Their products are available on their website as well as from their market stall at the Hay-on-Wye market on Thursdays. They also attend Farmers’ Markets and Food Festivals, more information on this can be found on their social media.
