Letheringsett Watermill
Letheringsett Watermill flour mill was built in 1802.
They produce a range of flours from locally sourced grains, including spelt which has many health benefits as it is high in vitamin B and protein.
Their flours are sold at the mill’s Village Shop, where you can also buy an extensive selection of dried fruit and nuts. They can also be bought via their website and at local stockists which are listed below.
If you would like to see the mill working there is a small fee at the entrance. The mill is usually working on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 12:30. However, they suggest you phone up in advance to check.
