Miel Bakery, based on Warren Street in Fitzrovia is a french-influenced bakery selling fresh pastries, breads and cakes made on the premises. Founded by pastry chef Shaheen Peerbhai, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, their range includes the classic croissant and pain au chocolate as well as cinnamon and cardamon buns, madeleines, canelés and white sourdough bread. Their menu does change from season to season so their stock depends on your visit, but they do keep a few permanent features on their menu.
