Pavilion Bakery – Columbia Road

Pavilion Bakery in Columbia Road opened in 2016. It is a cosy place with original Victorian tiles and flooring. They specialise in sourdough bread and pastries. They sell coffee alongside their baked goods at their locations in East London and Cornwall.

Started by Rob Green, “Pavilion exemplifies what it means to be everybody’s ‘local’”. They source their flour, eggs, butter and chocolate from the UK’s sustainable farmers, makers and producers which ensure that what they make is made from quality produce. Their locations celebrate seasonal produce from the UK and they promote healthy eating by focusing on quality fruit and veg. They are meat-free and organic, local produce can be bought from them as well as their baked goods!
