Saffron Fish Co. is an award-winning fishmonger and seafood deli which was started by former chef, Matt, and his wife, Annabel. Their two shops (the original fishmongers and their new seafood deli) are right next door to each other on George Street in Saffron Walden. Their seafood deli offers a range of ready-to-cook products (including fish pies, lobster thermidor) as well as homemade pâtés, Kedgeree scotch eggs and more.
