Stonehouse Smokery

Stonehouse Smokery is tucked in the rural countryside in Cumbria, they believe in “big flavours, sustainability and ethical farming practices”. They have a 10-acre small holding which is between the outskirts of Carlise and the wild Solway Firth. They only use local meats that have lived the most natural lives possible for their smoked products.

Their range of products includes Cumbrian Chorizo, Oak Smoked Coppa, Oak Smoked Pancetta, Red Wine, Garlic and Fennel Salami and much, much more!
