Bath Soft Cheese Company is a family run business that has been breeding cows for generations. With a herd of 160 cows, the majority of which being Holstein Friesian, their cows are raised and cared for using a traditional approach. From the milk produced the family hand-makes their speciality cheese using true artisan methods. As well as selling cheese at the farm shop there is also a small cafe. You can buy their cheeses from their farm shop, via their website. They also have a self-service vending machine where you can buy fresh organic milk.
