They went down the route of a traditional butchery by picking their suppliers themselves and ensuring they buy the best meat they could find. They are well known for Salt Marsh Lamb and Mutton, as well as Red Ruby Beef and Mangalitsa Pork. As well as visiting their butchers shop in Somerset, you can also order online via their website. They cut to order and will ship fresh meat anywhere in the UK. The meat is well packages, vacuum-sealed and packed in boxes with ice.
