Fresh Flour sourced from UK organic farmers. They mill this grain at one of their own stone mills and use the stoneground flour to create their Pasta, Noodles, Crackers, Digestives and Bran Flakes! Fresh Flour use ancient and heritage wheats including Emmer and Einkorn which are low gluten and high nutritional qualities. Growing heritage varieties increases biodiversity which means its also good for the environment.
