Campbells Fudge and Scottish Tablet was started in 2011 by husband and wife Jayne & Stephen Edge. They use 100-year-old recipes that have been passed down through generations. They are proud of creating quality, award-winning confectionary whilst using the finest ingredients. They also use traditional methods in a carbon-neutral production unit which is on their farm!
They use their 100-year-old recipes for both their Fudge and Scottish Tablet. However, they have been very slightly altered to have a longer shelf life without having to use any additional additives or preservatives.
You can either buy their products online via their website or from their shop, which you can find in Moffat (on the A701/Church Gate) near the Moffat Museum and the Church.
