Hesperian Fish is a modern-day fishmonger and fish kitchen in Frome, Somerset. The team is made up of highly experienced seafood chefs. They want to share their knowledge of fish to help people at home have the confidence to cook. They offer a wonderful range of seafood that is fresh every day. They source sustainably led, seasonal fish that is caught on the south coast.

They also have a restaurant where they serve fish-based dishes inspired by kitchens found at fish markets.
