The Cheshire Butcher prides itself on providing high-quality local meats reared either on their farm at Cherry Tree Farm or by local farmers. They dry-cure their own bacon and hand-make their sausages. You can find fresh vegetables, local cheeses, locally made ice cream, preserves and free-range eggs at their farm shop alongside their prime, salt-aged beef, lamb and pork.
The Cheshire Butcher’s Himalayan Salt Chamber is Cheshire’s first. The salt absorbs the moisture allowing the meat to age, intensifying the flavour, and breaking down the enzymes creating a more tender product.
