Three Daggers Brewery is home to their microbrewery and farm shop where you can find a range of wonderful local produce including meat (which is organic where possible) sourced from Padfield Porkies, 3rd generation pig farmers and Walter Rose & Sons Butchers who have been going for 175 years. Raw local honey is also available at the shop alongside cheeses from Wiltshire, Somerset & Gloucestershire and local vegetables by growers from Bromham and from their market garden at Priory Farm. Fresh-baked seasonal artisan loaves are delivered every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
The micro-brewery team brews a few times a week and the whole process from start to finish which involves mashing, sparging, boiling, fermenting and conditioning takes several days. They create 5 varieties of beer ranging in alcohol strength and bitterness.
