The Marlow Cheese Co.

The Marlow Cheese Co. was started by Lynda Hill. Her dream was to create many kinds of speciality cheeses after learning the craft at the Artisan School of Food in Nottinghamshire.

The company started in her and her husband’s garage in 2016, but within three years they had to find larger premises.

All the milk they use comes from dairy local farms. For example, the sheep’s milk comes from Mudds Bank Farm, and the milk for their Stilton style cheese comes from White Heath Farm, a family-run farm!
