Newton Farm Shop is a family-owned farm, shop, cafe and butchery. Owner Hugh is the 3rd generation of the Gay family to farm at Newton St Loe as tenants of the Duchy of Cornwall. His son, Josh is slowly taking over the farming whilst working alongside Hugh. They have a mix of cattle, sheep and pigs on their farm.

The meat from the butchery is all from the farm except for the chicken which is from a different local farm. The farm shop has a range of different local products such as Woodchester Valley wine, Dorset Dairy Co. yoghurt and they even have an Ivy House Farm milk station!!
