North Cotswold Brewery

North Cotswold Brewery is a small, family-run, craft brewery located a few miles outside of Moreton in Marsh and Shipston on Stour. Having started in 1999, they produce award-winning ales with 6 different core varieties and several seasonal ales and special brews which are available at different points of the year.

As well as being passionate about creating quality ales in traditional ways using fine natural ingredients they are also keen to do what they can to protect the environment. Liquid waste from the brewery drains through reed beds to naturally clean it creating pure water that leads to local streams. Spent grain is recycled by a local farmer for animal feed and spent hops is used on the fields as fertilizer.
